The hotel has a great location, making it easy to walk to attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The rooms offer a kitchenette which is handy for families, but some maintenance issues diminished the experience. There were mixed feelings about the service; while some staff were helpful, others were not as friendly, which detracted from the overall experience. Noise levels were a concern, especially during the early morning hours.
